The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same person — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jll8 will suspend all identified accounts and may forfeit any associated balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jll8 account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. jll8 will never request your password through any communication channel — any such request is fraudulent.
You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs within your jll8 account, whether or not authorized by you. jll8 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain reasonable security practices, including but not limited to sharing credentials, using public WiFi, or failing to enable two-factor authentication.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, jll8 requires completion of its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification — such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license — along with a recent selfie for biometric matching. jll8 may request additional documentation at any time at its sole discretion.
jll8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity; (b) the User has breached any provision of these Terms; (c) regulatory requirements necessitate the closure; or (d) jll8 determines closure to be in the interests of responsible gaming. Upon closure, any verified account balance may be returned to the User's registered withdrawal method, subject to applicable checks.
jll8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq, subject to availability and applicable limits at the time of transaction. jll8 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time.
All deposits made to a jll8 account must originate from a payment source registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, credit facilities obtained in another person's name, or any form of borrowed funds are not permitted. jll8 reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend accounts where third-party funding is identified.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified account held in the player's own name. jll8 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published on the platform at the time of request, which may vary by payment method. jll8 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or telecommunications networks.
jll8 is committed to complying with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments. jll8 may delay or decline any withdrawal request pending completion of enhanced due diligence checks. Any activity that jll8 reasonably suspects to constitute money laundering will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and special offers made available by jll8 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. In the absence of terms specific to a given promotion, these general bonus terms apply.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of jll8, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent jll8 from seeking injunctive or other emergency relief from a competent court in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect jll8's interests.
